Our products are shipped directly from our warehouses in China by ePacket with full journey tracking.

Your package won't have any PeachPony branding - this is how we keep our costs so low - but don't worry! Our products are the same quality other big brands sell. If you have any concerns, just reach out to us on email or facebook.

We provide free shipping to over 200 countries however, there are some location we are unable to ship to. We will contact you if we cannot ship to your location.

We do not charge sale tax or duties at checkout. However, all customs taxes and import duties are dependent on the policy of your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:

  • Look for a pickup notice left by the courier.
  • Check with your neighbours, friends and family members living at the same address.
  • Contact us ASAP so we can help you out.

We have insurance on every package and ask that your local courier requests for your signature upon delivery = we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit, however we will try our absolute best to help you track your package.
